The Firm is a member of both the SEC Practice Section (SECPS) and the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.   These are voluntary sections dedicated to the maintenance of the highest professional ethics and standards.  Members are required to undergo periodic "peer reviews" by other accounting professionals to ascertain that their performance is of the highest caliber required by the profession.  Additionally, all professionals practicing in member firms must obtain an average of forty hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits annually.

The Firm's most recent peer review resulted in an unqualified report stating, in part, "In our opinion, the system of quality control for the accounting and auditing practice of the firm met the objectives of quality control standards established by the AICPA."

Results of peer reviews are maintained on file by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and are available upon request.
